1 on 1 Mental Performance Coaching

Tournament Performance Coaching

The 1 on 1 Coaching is tailored to the athlete. We first do an initial evaluation call completely free to determine the main performance issues. In the following meetings we start to bring the athlete through the process of developing the tools we prioritize with mental fitness. Lastly we seek to hone the athletes ability to use these skills in competition.

These skills include goal setting, focus, confidence, visualization, mastering performance anxiety, and many more.
