8 Session Private Coaching Package
The 1 on 1 Coaching is tailored to the athlete. We first do an initial 30 minute evaluation call completely free to determine the main performance issues. In the following meetings we start to bring the athlete through the process of developing the tools we prioritize with mental fitness. Lastly we seek to hone the athletes ability to use these skills in competition.
These skills include goal setting, focus, confidence, visualization, mastering performance anxiety, and many more.

Tournament Performance Coaching
Tournament Performance coaching is one of the most important things for an athletes development. It is vital that a coach be able to analyze the mental skills that are or not being utilized in competition environments.

Description:
A fast-paced, interactive session introducing the core pillars of mental performance: self-talk, breathwork, visualization, body language, emotional control, and focus. Includes competitive team challenges, reflection exercises, and custom take-home tools.
Time: 3 Hours
Mental Fitness Camp (1-Day or 2 Day Intensive)
Description:
A full-day, high-intensity training camp focused on mental skills application, leadership, and resilience. Athletes will rotate between mental skill stations, team competitions, and coaching circles with deep mental/emotional debriefs. Includes journals, affirmations, and team tests.
Time: 8 hours/day
